I am what I eatI would like to be a lot less June 26 BummedI haven't blogged because I've eaten almost the exact same thing every day. I've worked out 30 to 40 minutes daily regardless of how hot or how hard work gets.
And I've had no change. Nothing. Nada.

I should also stop weighing myself at night, because I'm a couple pounds lighter and oddly thinner in the morning June 02 Will measure on monday :Pno measurements this week...
Mainly because I woke up last monday, got on the scale to do measurements, and realized I'd gone up to 250.
Since I've lost in my waist measurement and haven't gained anything anywhere, I'm assuming it's muscle.. I'm going to have arms like fricken Popi the sailor man....
But it totally depressed me... Thus, not having posted anything. May 30th-Jun 2ndWow...
Soooo.... I've eaten almost the exact same thing every day, the only varience has been in the evenings, and that's mainly just between which type of veg I'm eating, and what 100-150 cal evening snack I pick.
Cereal + skim milk, or a piece of fruit if I forget
two yogurts, one for each break
2 cups veggies and a chicken breast
Then I go to the gym right after work, I'm so heat exhausted that I don't even notice the stress of running because of the air conditioning at the gym... And then I get to shower the heavy metal from work off my skin... thus avoiding the horrifying bathroom situation right now. *shudder* I live in a student sublet with 7 boys... 7 hairy, dirty, disgusting boys... I don't even like to poo in that room! I try to avoid it whenever possible.
TV dinner... then veggies, a half cup of frozen yogurt if it's hot, 100 cal popcorn if it's not
Then I pass into an exhausted clump... except for last night, Friday, when I treated myself to a small steak for dinner, drank myself into a minor stupor, then walked home approximately 5 km...
I either need to wear the silk wrap skirt I was wearing more often, or I need to drink in Waterloo more often. I flirted heavily with three different guys, and got cat calls like crazy when walking home... May 29 May 28thSkim milk + 1/2 cup of fiber cereal: 135

I managed to get to the gym and ran for 20 minutes. Not the workout I wish I could have done, but pretty impressive given how sleepy I am after work now. |
